I wrote about 12 months ago about my 2016 Canyon diesel having the TC replaced under factory warranty. All was great for about 6 months then the shuddering and hard shifts started happening again. I took it in for a check and was told the transmission was failing and would now be replaced, around 49k miles, under warranty.fluid changes to the new spec have indeed yielded a reduction of shudder if caused by the old fluid.
