I use the Gumout carburetor cleaner from Wal-Mart. It works good and is only like 3 dollars. I also use the copper strands from a wire to clean out the jets and other passages.2. clean the fuel flow hose all the way through the fuel flow needle inside the carb. (get all the little rubber residue out of there) 3. insure your gas cap and over flow tube off the gas cap can vent freely.
