Catherine just recently joined Keller Interiors in February of 2020 and comes to us from Lowe's. She has past experience with flooring retail and showroom sales. Catherine is also new to the South. Last July, her and her 3 children decided to take a ' leap of faith ' from Washington State, and have fallen in Love with Georgia.Never, ever, ever buy flooring from Lowes. This review is for the Carlsbad CA store. I have called at least 25 times (no exaggeration) for various issues and have NEVER gotten a call back. After being ping-ponged I finally get someone live, leave a message, and never hear back. Their flooring installers, Keller Interiors, is all but incompetent.Both Lowe's and Keller Interiors refuse to repair it. We've never been treated with such rudeness and disregard.
