Saw another post with the same problem I have. Problem is the recoil spring. Just purchased my 365 December 10, 2018. Born on date for the pistol is November 26, 2018. Put 250 rounds through it without any issues. Upon cleaning and inspection I noticed my recoil spring had popped out of place. The empty mag will push up on the slide lock making it harder to release. Just drop the empty mag a little and pull back on the slide to close the slide on an empty chamber. Field stripped when I first got it home everything seemed tight and didn't make any noise. Stripped factory grease from it and now there is a small rattle from the FCU/ right hand side of FCU when looking down the frame.1) shoot it with a different magazine. 2) shoot it both strong and weak hand only and. 3) have someone else shoot it. If the problem isolates to a magazine, pull it apart and check for mag spring length, to a known good one. Toss out any mag springs which do not measure up.
